摘要
本实验应用免疫组织化学法，研究人肝细胞生长因子（ＨＧＦ）在６～７个月胎儿各脏器的分布情况。结果显示了ＨＧＦ大量分布于胎儿的肝脏，其中以较小的、核深染的肝细胞为主。在肾脏，ＨＧＦ呈中等量分布。在胃、十二指肠、胰腺、肾上腺等ＨＧＦ只有少量的分布。结果提示了在胎儿发育６～７个月时，ＨＧＦ主要由胎儿肝脏的较小的肝细胞产生，对胎儿肝脏、肾脏的生长发育有相对的器官特异性。
The distribution of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) in fetal tissues of 6-7 th months was studied by immunohistochemistry.The results showed that the distribution of HGF is marked in liver,(especially in the small liver cells),moderate in kidney,and weak or no in stomache,duodenum,pancreas,adrenal and other organs.The results indicated that HGF is mainly produced by those small liver cells,in fetus,and it may be relatively specific for the growth and development of liver as well as kidney.
