摘要
精确计算了刚性直齿牵引齿轮各啮合点处的啮合刚度。考虑在各种载荷下轮齿修缘量对传动中的激振力、齿面冲击及齿问载荷分配等影响,结合机车牵引齿轮的具体结构和工作特点,推算出了牵引齿轮合理的修缘量。
The meshing stiffness of engagement points for the solid spur traction gear is According to the traction gear specific structure and working conditions, the effect of the amount of tip relief at various working loads on the excited vibration forces, compact loads and load distributions is investigated,and reasonable amount of tip relief is developed.
