摘要
通过将电磁问题的求解归结为无旋场方程对应的二阶标量方程和旋量场方程对应的二阶标量方程的求解，得到了Ｍａｘｗｅｌｌ方程组的恰当解。
The solution for an electromagnetic problem is reduced toxolving two-order scalar equatinm,corresponding to irrotational field and curl field equation, thus the proper solution of Maxwell,s equa-tions is gained.
