摘要
用直接差分法对铸件凝固过程进行了数值模拟，用Ｐ值法作为判据预测缩松；考虑铸件的凝固收缩和液面下降来预测集中缩孔．输出采用数字和彩色图形，比较直观．预测结果与实际基本吻合．
Studies a numerical simulation on the solidification of castings with DDEM,Predicts theshrinkage prosity with a criteria derived from the P-value by prdicts the shrikagecavity by the considerations of solidification shrinkage and degressions of the melt surface. Uses thedigits and colour images for the output to make the process simple and direct. The prediction resultsare coincide with the production practice.
