摘要
研制了Cr-Mo-V合金系统的高温财磨堆焊焊条.其堆焊层金属组织为隐晶马氏体+骨络状共晶碳化物+弥散颗粒状碳化物,晶界为高铬铁素体,具有很好的高温耐磨性,450℃12h回火后HRC>55.该焊条采用H08A焊芯钙钛型渣系,工艺性能好,抗裂性强,价格便宜,已成功地应用于烧结机单齿辊的堆焊.
Develops high-temperature hardfa cing electrodes of a Cr-Mo-V alloy system.The microstructure of the electrode deposit consists of crypto-cryatalline martensite, eutectic car-bides and fine distributed carbides,the crystal boundary consists of high-chromium ferrite,and the electrode depos it bas good wear res istance at high temporature,HRC>55 afler tempering for 12 hours at 450 ℃. The core wire and slag type are of H08A carbon steel and line titania respectively.It has good technological property and crazing resistance and low cost.It has been applied to hardface single-tooth rollers successfully.
