摘要
对老龄油船实施配载控制是改进海运安全的有效途径.利用配载控制程序给出合理的配载方案和配载顺序,预报可能的危险状态或配载禁区,以此指导船员正确配载、避免船体发生灾难性破坏,保护海洋环境,提高营运效率和经济效益.
For old age tanker,distribution loading control is effective channel to enhance safetyin operation.The distribution loading control program can give rational loading/dischargingsequence,predict possible risky conditions or forbidden zone of distribution loading. Thesefunctions can guide officer to correct operating, avoid hull’s collapse,protect sea environment,and promote operating efficiency and economic benefit.
