摘要
在研究国外海事调查制度、ＩＭＯ有关海事调查要求和建议的基础上，提出了完善我国海事调查制度的建议。
This paper has(put forlward)recommended perfecting our contary’s marine occurrenceinvestigation system,besed on the study of the foreign marine occurrence investigation systemand IMO’s recommendations and requirements for marine occurrence investigation.
