aminsky catalyst (Cp2ZrCl2/aluminoxane) is effective for polymerization of olefines. The experimental results showed that under theconditions: Al/Zr=147, aging temperature 60℃, reaction temperature190℃, Pc2H4=1.4 MPa and in toluene, the catalyst consisting ofCp2ZrCl2 and hydrolytic Et3Al could catalyze the oligomerization of ethylene. The catalyst activity was 433.4g(oligomer)/(g(Zr)·h). The selectivity for came up to 96.7%. The content of among was 61.5%. The catalyst consisting of such aluminoxane which was hydrolyzed at lower temperature was favourable for oligomerization ofethylene. The content of linear l-olefines could increase with prolongation of reaction time. There were cyclic oligomers as well as chain onesin the reaction product.
