摘要
提出了目前在敏感元件和该系统中可靠性预计时普遍存在的问题，并予以讨论。介绍了系统级和元件级可靠性预计的方法。对元件级可靠性预计出现的问题给出出了解决方法。
In this paper some problems of the reliabiligy prediction on sensor and its system are presented, These problems are discussed. The methods of the reliability prediction on sensor and its system are intreduced. Some solving measures of reliability prediction onsensor are proposed.
