摘要
本文综述了国内外中小学计算机教育的现状,并提出若干看法和建议:1、改革高考方法,逐步将计算机课程列入必考科;2、组织攻关,研制性能价格比更高的新型学习机;3、加强领导,健全机构,形成多级网络;4、疏通渠道,多方集资;5、师范院校应该设有面向中小学计算机教育的研究室;6、师范院校应改变专业设置、课程设置,为中小学输送合格的师资。
After summarizing the present situation about the education of computer in primary and middle schools both at home and abroad, we present some viewpoints and suggestions: (1) Reforming the entrance examination of colleges and universiti by placing the subject of computer into the required courses of the examination progsiv. (2) Organizing key task team to develop new types of learning machine with higi per formance-cost ratio. (3) Strengthening the leadership and amplifying organizations to form a multilevel network for computer education. (4) Establishing contact with all social stratums to raise funds in every ways. (5) Setting up research institutes on computer education of primary and middle schools in every teachers' college and school. (6) Changing specialities and curriculum programs of teachers' colleges and schools so as to train qualified teachers for primary and middle schools.
