摘要
用扫描电子微镜(SEM).小角激光散射(SALS)和染色等方法.对聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAC)与聚丙烯(PP)复合纤维的形态结构进行了观察.证明了PVAC与PP熔体在毛细管中流动时会产生分级效应.形成了以高粘度PP为芯,低粘度的PVAC为皮的皮芯结构的复合纤维。在体系中加入第三组分乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA).其相容性增加.纤维的形态结构发生变化。
The morphologies of polyvinyl acetate(PVAC) and polypropylene(PP) composite filaments have been studied by using scattering electronic microscope (SEM) and dying method.The results show that core shell structure of composite filament,in which core and shell are consisted separatly of higher viscosity PP and lower viscosity PVAC.have been formed.Adding EVA to PVAC and PP composite filaments,the morphology is challged.and the compatibility is improved.
