摘要
本文介绍了用自然沉降法制备聚八钛酸钾晶须预制件的生产工艺。研究还发现,聚八钛酸钾在700℃烧结1小时仍是稳定的,但在800℃下烧结1小时后却分解生成聚六钛酸钾和锐钛矿.在900℃下烧结1小时分解生成聚六钛酸钾、锐钛矿和金红石。
In this paper the process of preparation of octa-potassium titanate whisker preforms by naturally sinking is introdueed. It is found that octa-potassium titanate is stable after sintering at 700℃ for 1h, but decomposes and turns into hexa-potassium titanate and anatase after sintering at 800℃ for 1h,decomposes and turns into hexa-potassium titanate, anatase and rutile after sintering at 900℃ for 1h.
