摘要
本实验用紫外线分析仪照射兔眼的方法制做了紫外线角膜损伤模型。并设立多组对照,比较探寻针刺对紫外线角膜损伤的疗效和机理,观察家兔在造模前后、针刺前后血清淋巴细胞转化率、E——玫瑰花环形成百分率和血清IgG等免疫指标的变化。结果表明:针刺疗效明显优于人乳和氯霉素;家兔造模后部分免疫指标显著性下降而针刺能使其趋向正常。
Cornea traumatic model was achieved on 20 rabbits eyes by ultraviolet analyser.LLT, ERFC and serum IgG were observed before and after treatment. The results indicated that the effects of acupuncture was better than human milk and chloromycetin.Some immunity function which reduced by ultraviolet trauma were returned to normal after acupuncture.
