摘要
改革开放以来，中国迎来了城市建设的第二次高潮，使得习惯于计划经济的规划人员开始探索市场经济体制下新的规划机制。本文分析了中国规划师今天所面临的问题，并对照美国规划界的情况，就规划理论和规划实践的发展提出了建议。
With the implementation of the reform and open-to-out6ide policy,China has experienced a new high tide of urban construction at a tremendous scale.This is the second high tide of urban construction in the history of the People Republic of China,after the first high tide in the early 1950.Planners who are familiar with the economy have to search for a new planning mechanism in the market economy.This article analyses problems the Chinese planners face today and puts forward suggestions of develOPing new theory and face practical skills in light of the American experience in the planning field.
