摘要
45名直接接触铅烟浓度在0.03～0.05mg/m^3的作业工人,其周边视野在双眼24条子午线处的平均值都小于正常人,尤以双眼颞侧缩小最为明显。铅作业工人向心性视野缩小和眼底改变检出率分别为86.87％和17.78％,非常显著地高于对照组。中心性视野改变检出率为11.11％,显著地高于对照组。铅作业工人这些视觉系统的改变,可能是中央和周围的视神经纤维受铅危害所致,是一种视神经亚临床铅中毒。
The visual functions of 45 workers directly contacted the lead-fume in which the concentration under 0.03-0.5mg/M^3 and 95 non-contacted workers as a control group were examined. The mean value at the meridian of their peripheral visual field was all smaller than that in control group. Especially in temperal side. The positive proportion of peripheral visual field contraction, central visual field changing & fundus change of the workers were 86.67%, 11.11% and 17.78% respectively and was higher than those of the control group. These changes might be due to the nerve fiber damage caused by lead and were a sub-clinical lead-toxicosis of optic nerve.
