摘要
早期研究认为前列腺素(Prostaglandin,PG)可以引起眼压升高,但近十年来已有很多研究证明,无论是PGE2还是PGF_(2α)以及它的同类物,以适当的剂量局部点眼,可以引起实验动物和人的眼压下降。
The effects of 15-Methyl Prostaglandin F_(2α) were studied on intraocular pressure and pupil size. In rabbit eyes, 10μg. 15μg or 30μg of PGF_(2α) caused a significant intraocular pressure reduction without miotic effect. Administration of 15μg, 30μg, or 60μg of PGF_(2α) produced a significant reduction of intraocular pressure in cat eyes with a decrease in pupillary diameter in the treated eyes.
