摘要
眼的硷性烧伤可引起许多严重问题,但最严重的后果之一,就是角膜溃疡形成和穿孔,此常导致眼球的丧失。了解胶原代谢状况,对于研究硷烧伤后角膜愈合过程十分重要。
Albino rabbits were treated with either combined therapy or medroxyprogesterone acetate after 9-mm severe corneal alkali burns. Collagen metabolism was investigated by determination of hydroxyproline in the corneas. The collagen content of the corneal button decreased to the lowest point (about 69% of the normal content) in both treated and control groups at the eighth day after burning. And then, it increased continuously in all groups until the thirty days, but revealed faster in treated groups than control. The main mechanism of the collagen increase in combined therapy group may be due to accelarate the synthetical process and in medroxyprogesterone group to suppress the collagenolytic one.
