摘要
最近,天津医学院研制出TBC-1中心视野分析仪。我们以Humphrey视野分析仪(美国制)为对照,比较TBC-1检测早期青光眼视野变化的敏感性和特异性。旨在评估TBC-1临床运用价值,以促进我国自动视野计的研制和运用。
We made the analysis and evaluation to the value of the TBC-1 Central Visual Field Analyzer in the diagnosis of early glaucoma visual field defects compared with Humphrey Field Analyzer. The sensitivity and specificity of the threshold program of TBC-1 is 94.1% and 60% respectively, the screen program has 90% of sensitivity and 64.3% of Specificity. There is no statistical difference for both computerized perimeters to detect the types and locations of glaucoma tous visual field defects(P>0.1)
