摘要
近年来有报道青光眼早期也可有黄斑视功能的受损,表现为视觉对比敏感度的降低,及获得性色觉分辨功能的紊乱,从而认为早期青光眼黄斑区和非黄斑区视功能同时受损,中心视觉对比敏感度的降低和/或色觉分辨功能的障碍先于视野视乳头的变化。
In this study, static sine grating and FM-100 Hue test were applied to test the three groups of patients (Group Ⅰ:18 patients (31 eyes) with ocular hypertension (OHT); Group Ⅱ:18 patients(30 eyes) with early primary open angle glaucoma (POAG);group Ⅲ:27 patients (37 eyes) with early primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma). 67 eyes in early glaucoma 60 eyes (89.6%) showed high spacial frequencies (11.4-22.8C/D) declined and 58 eyes (86.6%) had high error scores with color discrimination in blue-green region. However, in nine eyes of PACG we found visual field and optic disc were normal but revealed apparently abnormal in both above tests.
