摘要
蚕蚀性角膜溃疡是一种慢性进行性角膜溃疡,由于病因不明,虽然文献上介绍了许多疗法,但至今仍无可靠而有效的治疗。本文总结我院1965年7月～1986年7月21年中所遇到的蚕蚀性角膜溃疡51例55眼,对其病因及治疗、方法、疗效作一初步评价。对象与方法一、对象:在51例病人中男性35人,女性16人。年龄最小18岁,最大68岁,平均45岁。其中31～50岁发病的占52.94%;
The results of treatment of 51 cases (55 eyes) with Mooren's ulcer in the past 21 years were presented. The diagnosis of all cases were confirmed both clinically and pathologically. Among of them, 11 eyes were managed with immunosuppressive, 13 eyes with conjunctivectomy, 6 eyes with lamellar keratotectomy, 7 eyes with lamellar keratoplasty, and 22 eyes with other therapies such as radiotherapy, chemo-cauterization and conjunctival flap. All patients were followed up for more than two years after treatments According to our preliminary observation from both the cure rate and recovery of visual acuity, it is shown that the surgical management of lamellar keratotectomy or lamellar keratoplasty may be more effective than other therapeutic methods. The immunosuppressive therapy is very satisfactory, especially in older or weak patients.
