摘要
根据三峡工程建设中需要耗费大量木材的事实，结合三峡库区自然资源实际，着重探讨了开发新型竹胶台板代替木质模板，支援三峡工程建设，同时带动库区发展竹木种植及竹材深加工业，具体落实开发性移民方针的思路和对策。
The essay is based on the fact that the construction of Three Gorgss Project needs to consume large quantity of timber. Considering the reality of natural resources in the reservoir area,the au-thor proposes to develop a new kind of form bamboo-cement form to replace the traditionalwooden form.This creative proposal will stimulate bamboo-planting and acceleate the develop-ment of local economy. As a result,we can successfully enforce the exploitive resettlement policy.
