摘要
眼底荧光血管造影术已成为诊断眼底病不可缺少的手段之一,但关于中药对荧光血管造影的干拢,国内外文献尚未见报导。我们开展眼底荧光血管造影以来,有3例在内服中药期间行眼底荧光血管造影,结果荧光素钠自前臂静脉注入后眼底血管始终无荧光出现,发生血管内荧光熄灭现象。为进一步探索中药对荧光素钠发射荧光的干扰。
This paper introduces the manifestations that fluorescence in fundus disappeared in three cases who took atlas of fluroescein fundus angiography during administering, herbal medicines On basis of these phenomena in the laboratory, the fluorescence intensity o(?) such herbal medicines as the patients took and 13 kinds of Chinese medicines both commo nly used in Ophthalmology and their mixture with fluoresodium were separately determi ned by a fluorometer in vitro. The results show that most of the medicinal berbs possess functions of diminishing the fluorescence discharged from fluoresodium. For this reason, we suggest that medicinal herbs should be discontinued three days before fluorography so as to secure a clear atlas of fluorescein fundus angiography on fluoroscoping.
