摘要
采集上海地区1986年流行性出血性结膜炎患者眼拭标本19份,共分离获得阳性株8株。经上海地区正常人免疫球蛋白及1986年部分患者恢复期血清与阳性毒株免疫电镜鉴定,毒株均为27nm大小的微小RNA病毒。一般资料及标本采集一。
19 Conjunctival swabs were collected from the patients with an epidemic of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis in Shanghai in 1986. 8 virus strains were isolated by human embryonic lung cell from 19 conjunctival swabs.8 virus strains were identified by immune electron microscopy of combination of the virus with the convalescent serum of the patients and normol human immunoglobulin from Shanghai. It is suggested that these viruses are picornavirus which has a diameter of 27nm.
