摘要
视神经萎缩是眼科临床常见病变,可由多种原因所致。在对视神经萎缩患者的视功能进行判断时,除了传统的视力,视野检查等手段外,近年来逐渐将视觉电生理检查技术应用于其中。
The results of F-VEP in optic atrophy of 82 eyes of 51 patients were presented. It was observed that the abnormal manifestation of F-VEP was delayed (averaging) peak latency, decreased averaging amplitude, decreased number of wavelets or extinguished F-VEP. The occurrence of abnormal F-VEP was 56% and had no relationship with sex. Whether the F-VEP was abnormal was not related with the duration of the disease but the status of visual acuity. The abnormal F-VEP was existed of all eyes without light perception but not always extinguished. It was therefore advocated that the extinguished F-VEP should be the decisive evidence that an eye is completely forfeited its visual function.
