高温和干旱对白三叶生长发育及生理特性的影响 被引量:14

摘要 在夏季温室内分别对白三叶盆栽苗进行高温和土壤干旱处理,测定其植株生长发育和生理特性变化,以及受胁迫伤害程度。研究认为,在保证土壤水分供应的情况下,白三叶能在日均气温36.2℃,极端最高气温47.5℃的高温下正常生长发育;高温条件下土壤干旱会对白三叶生长发育造成逆境胁迫。随土壤干旱胁迫的增强,白三叶分枝生长量和分枝数的增加均受到不同程度的抑制,其中二级分枝的生长对土壤干旱较一级分枝的反应更敏感,叶片细胞质膜相对透性提高,体内游离脯氨酸急剧积累,叶绿素急速分解,过氧化物酶活性下降,超氧化物歧化酶在轻度胁迫时有诱导其合成趋势,即活性上升,随后因胁迫强度提高而活性下降。 Pot seedling of Trifolium repens were grown under conditions of high temperature and soil drought in asummer green house,the changes of growth,development,physiological characteristics and the stress,injury of the plant were tested.The results showed that T.repens could well grow under daily meanatmospheric temperature of 36.2℃ and extreme maximum temperature of 47.5℃ while its soil moisturewas assured;but the plant growth and development were inhibited by the stress conditions of soil droughtwith high atmospheric temperature. As the soil─drought stress strengthened,the branch growing andbranch number both suffered inhibitation to varying degrees,while the secondary branch growing was moresensitive to the effect than primary branch.In addition,the relative permeability of plasmalemma in leafblade increased,internal free proline accumulated,chlorophyll rapidly decomposed,peroxidase activitydescended and superoxide dismutase tended to compose internally induced by the light stress.
