温室条件下,在5个盐分梯度中,盐胁迫对置换系列(replacementseries)中生长4周的碱茅地上部产量鲜重,野大麦地上部鲜重和干重均有极显著影响(p<0.001),对地下总根量有极显著(P<0.001)的影响;碱茅和野大麦随各自在置换系列中播种比例的增加,其地上生物量鲜重、干重均呈增加趋势,地下总根量鲜、干重则随野大麦比例的增加而增加(P<0.001),因此,生长早期,碱茅地上部产量受盐胁迫的影响较野大麦为小,根系对盐胁迫反应敏感。生长10同时,两个种的地上部产量随盐分的增加而下降(P<0.001),盐胁迫对总根量于重无显著影响(P>0.05),此时,盐胁迫抑制两个种地上部生长,但并不抑制群落根系的生长,说明根系已具备一定耐盐能力。两个种的报系量互补,总根量不受两个种互补的播种比例影响。碱茅与野大麦彼此间的种间效应弱于替换种的种内效应,在低于0.647g/100ml的盐分胁迫中,二者对共享资源的竞争非同步,为建立混播草地奠定了理论基础。
Puccinellia tenuiflora and Herdeum brevisubulatum were planted jointly in a greenhouse in the replacementseries with 5 salt stress gradients.After 4 weeks,growing,the NaCl strasess significantly affects the above-ground green yield of P.tenuifora and H.brevisubulatum,the above-ground DM yield of H.brivibsulatum andthe total roots yield of both(P<0.001).As the sowing proportion of each species in replacement seriesincreases,the shoot green and DM yields of both increase,while both green and dry yields of total rootsincrease in line with the sowing proportion of H.brevisubulatum.It indicates that at early growing stage,theinfluence of salt on the shoot yield of P.tenuiflora is less than that on H.brevisubulatum but the root system ofP.tenuiflora is sensitive to the salt stress.After 10 weeks’growing,the shoot yield of both species decreasewith the increase of salt gradient.The total root yields of both are not affected by salt stress or sowingproportion of each species.This fact suggests that the salt stress inhibits the shoot growing but does notinfluence the roots at this stage because the root system has generated a salt tolerant ability. As thecomplementary relationship of both species,the total root yields are not significantly affected by sowingproportion. Analysis of the relative yield(RY)and relative yield total(RYT)for two species at twogrowing stage suggests that the effects between two different species would be less than that of speciesamong themselves. Both species make different demand on the resources when sown jointly with the saltstress of less than 0.6 4 7g NaCl/10 0ml.It recommends that this two species can be sown together whenestabllshing the pasture.
