摘要
研究了在多孔硅基骨架中渗入氯化物系与稀土离子功能团的光放大复合玻璃、通过真空溶液掺杂工艺,将稀土离子及氯化物包裹体熔液渗入具有良好三维连通性的多孔石英玻璃微孔中,经烧缩封孔热处理使包含稀土离子的功能团收缩至20—50nm,不会对1.32μm光产生明显散射损耗,同时包裹体使稀土离子具有较好的发光环境.
A new kind of optical amplified comPOsite glass which was made of the porous silica glass framework doped with rare earth ions(REIs) is investigated. The REIs were soluted in the solution of the wraPPing system of chloride comPOsites followed by percolating the solution into 3-D connected porous silica glass through vacuum liquid- phase doping method. Thereafter.the sample was heat-treated to an 2050nm size which wouldn't bring significant scattering loss of 1.32μm light and isolate the POres with REIs from air.In the meantime, the REIs were supplied a suitable environment for light emission.
