摘要
设计了新型高钼铸造不锈钢的化学成分,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射和多种腐蚀试验方法,研究了该钢的组织及其腐蚀行为。试验结果表明,新型钢经1150℃固溶处理后,具有较好的耐稀盐酸腐蚀性能和较高的抗晶间腐蚀与抗点蚀性能。
he chemical composition of new high Mo cast stainless steel was designed. Metallographic microscopeand X-ray diffraction spectrum and several kinds corrosion test methods are applied to investigate the mi-crostructure and corrosion behavior of the steel.Experimental results show that,new steel has better corro-sion resistance in rare hydrochloric acid and good intergran ular corrosion resistance and pitting corrosion re-sistance.
