摘要
研究了涂层对Ti纤维及Ti纤维强化γ-TiAl金属间化合物基复合材料性能的影响。研究结果表明,运用物理气相沉积法(PVD)在Ti纤维表面涂覆Y_2O_3或Al_2O_3制得Ti/TiAl复合材料,不仅改善了γ-TiAl及其复合材料的力学性能,而且使纤维与基体间的界面反应层厚度减小,涂覆Y_2O_3较Al_2O_3有效高的稳定性,这对深入研究涂层对复合材料合成及性能的影响有着重要的意义。
oated effect on mechanical properties of the Ti-fiber and Ti-fibers-reinforced γ-TiAl intermetallicmatrix composites was investigated. Research results indicated that Ti/TiAl composites made of coating Ti-fibers with Y_2O_3 or Al_2O_3 by PVD not only improve mechanical properties of γ-TiAl and Ti/TiAl compos-ites,but also decrease thickness of the interfacial reaction layer of the fiber/mathix. Coat of Y_2O_3 hadhigher stability than that of Al_2O_3. It is of importance to study profoundly coated effect on synthesis and mechanical propetties of composites.
