n efficient rapid shaking incubation system was improved for the detection of HBsAgand hybridoma cell lines producng monoclonal antibodies against recombinant hepatitis Avirus.Each step of the reaction can be completed in 30 minutes at 37℃.This shakingincubation system is a sensitive and rapid test which has been applied to produce kits for diagnosis of clinical diseases.The optimized shaking system permits economical use of reagentssince the coating antibody can be used at higher dilution than in static incubator.
