摘要
针对剪毛机刀片用钢存在的碳化物偏析,对比试验了传统工艺与“含氮马氏体化处理(NM处理)”的效果,指出氮的渗入可使渗层的A_1和A_(cm)降低,促使钢材表层碳化物溶解,在正常温度加热淬火,消除了表层碳化物疵病,得到高硬度、高韧性和耐磨的含氮马氏体表层,提高了剪毛机刀片寿命,并且节能效果显著。
ln this paper,in view of serious carbide segregatfonexisting in steel used to making blades of sheep shearing machine,the results of c omparison test between conventional process and“nitrogen-contained martensitizing treatment(N,M, treatment)”were presented and pointed out that the diffusion of nitrogenwould lower A_1 and Acm of the diffusion layer,enhancing thesolution of surface carbldes.Thus carbide segrcgation in surfacelayer can be removed by hardening heating at normal temperatureand afte hardening, nitrogen-contained martensitic surface layerof high hardness, high toughness and high wear resistance can beobtained,causing the service life of blades of shearing machineto be prolonged to a great extent,and the result of great energy-saving would be obtained.
