摘要
介绍了选用FT25型电泳漆,利用阴极电泳法制得的中厚防护膜其外观平整、细密、光亮,并具有附着力强、硬度高、耐冲击、耐磨性及柔韧性好等优点;同时,还具有很强的耐酸、碱腐蚀能力。研究了阴极电泳涂装主要工艺参数对涂层厚度及质量的影响。
By use of FT25 cathodic electrophoretic coating, authors have obtained prefect medium-thickness(25-30um) film which have a series of excellent properties, such as high hardness, wear-resisting,corrosion-resisting,powerful adhesion and strong flexibility. Otherwise, authors have still investigated influence of technical parameters of cathodic electrophoresis on thickness and quality of the film.
