摘要
目前我国期刊的稿源状况是稿源不足和稿源相对过剩并存,稿件数量和质量有下降趋势。稿件临界采用率对稿源具有调节作用,能够反映个体刊物的稿源特性及其量的变动规律。在分析稿源影响因子的基础上,提出了通过期刊内部挖潜,改善稿源状况的策略措施;并就与稿源有关的期刊布局等问题进行了讨论。
The source of contributions to technical journals is imbalanced. Some journals receive enough contributions, others inadequate materials. The general situation with which editors are faced is that the contributed materials are declined in both quantity and quality. The percentage of acceptance is found to be an index of contribution sources, which expresses characteristics and patterns of change in contribution sources of each journal. The factors affecting the source of contribution are studied. It is argued that the oversupply and shortage of manuscripts is a complex social phenomenon, and that the key to amend this situation lies in a better understanding of the commercial and cultural implication of the contributions. Accordingly, it is proposed that anadequate technical and cultural market system should be established.
