摘要 本文研究了样品稀释过程中铀荧光强度的变化规律:铀浓度的减少使荧光强度按线性降低,同时熄灭剂浓度的减小使荧光强度按指数规律上升。因此,稀释是消除熄灭干扰的一种方便且有效的手段。文中还讨论了激光铀分析仪器标定中的某些技术问题,并指出激光荧光法不但适合痕量铀的分析,也适合中,高含量铀的测定。本法对不同含量铀(0.95,84.8,669和7240ppm)的岩石标准参考样品进行分析,其RSD均小于±5%。 The fluorescence intensity change of uranium accompanied with sample dilution was discussed. The intensity decreases lineary with decrease in uranium concentration but increases exponentially with decrease in quencher concentration. Accordingly,quenching interference can be eliminated by simple dilution. Procedures for some technical problems,such as sample pretreatment and instrument calibration were given. The laserincluced fluorimetry was found to be applicable to the determination of from trace to high levels of uranium. Analyses of rock reference standard samples of various uranium contents (0.95, 84.8, 669 and 7240 ppm) by the present method were given with relative standard deviation<5%.
