摘要
利用循环矩阵的一些方法求出了循环Ｈａｄａｍａｒｄ矩阵的特征值，并由此得到了几个关于循环Ｈａｄａｍａｒｄ矩阵存在的必要条件，最后讨论了循环Ｈａｄａｍａｒｄ矩阵与Ｂａｒｋｅｒ序列的关系．
We use the theory of circulant matrix to discuss the circulant Hadamard matrix andobtain the eigenvalue of the circulant Hadamard matrix,from this ,we derive some necessaryconditions that it must be met.In the end,we discuss the relationship between the Barker se-quence and the circulant H matrix.
