摘要
对３５例梅尼埃病患者外周血进行Ｔ淋巴细胞总数及亚群ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８及ＣＤ４与ＣＤ８比值测定，并与健康成人比较，结果表明：梅尼埃病患者ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８百分率下降，其比值低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），并对本病病因及临床治疗意义进行探讨。
Recent years many scientists research causes of Menierres' Disase(MD).Many theories had been reported, but we can't understand at present. In 1892, Dr.Quinke advanced an allergy theory, hereafter other scholar raised that MD relate to immunity function of patients,We determined the states of immunity functions of subjects with MD , so that we inquire into causes of MD and provide immunology basis for clinical treatment. We are presenting 30 cases, their history about 1～6 years. We determined their T lympholeukocytes summation and subgroup(CD3, CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8)in peripheral blood, and compare with normal adult subjects.The results show that two group subjects's CD3, CD4 is not difference( P >0. 01), but CD8 of patients group had gone up(P<0. 01),and CD4/CD8 of subjects with MD is lower than health( P <0. 01 ).
