摘要
该文论述了草坪通气机刀具打洞阻力的理论和实验研究,在对五种用于草坪通气机刀具实地测试的基础上,得出了刀具结构与打洞阻力、刀具直径与打洞阻力之间的关系,并通过数学回归建立了刀具打洞阻力与草坪土壤硬度、含水率之间的数学模型,为草坪通气机的设计提供了理论依据。经该文作者设计、试制的DCX-42型草坪通气机的生产试验,验证了该理论的可行性,并提出了进一步研究的建议。
This paper introduces the theoretical and practical research for hole digging resis-tance of the hollow tine that used on the turf aerator.Based on the field test of five differenttines, the relations between tine structure ’tine diameter and hole digging resistance are ob-tained. Some formulas between turf soil moisture,strain and both of them with hole digging re-sistance are established by using the methed of regression. According to the formulas,a medel ofDCX-42 aerator is made and used for turf aeration.
