摘要
采用工业及250mL小试绝热床的实际数据,回归求得B02催化剂上丁烯氧化脱氢反应宏观动力学模型;应用一维拟均相模型,对工业绝热床、等温床及几种型式的换热床反应器进行模拟.结果表明:自热式换热床反应器在丁二烯选择性和催化剂寿命方面均优于工业绝热床反应器.
he global kinetic model for oxidative dehydrogenation of butene to butadiene over B02 catalyst was obtained by using the data from a industrial and a 250 mL experimental adiabatic reactors;the real industrial adiabatic reactor, isothermal reactor and vanons multitubular reactors with internal heat exchange were simulated by using one--dimensional pseudohomogeneous model.The calculation shows that multitubular fixed bed reactor operated in an autothermic way is superior to the real industrial adiabatic reactor in butadiene selectivity and catalyst life.
