摘要
介绍通过化学反应方法,将铜的硫化物引入到聚丙烯腈(PAN)的纤维或粉末中,使其具有良好导电性。通过电阻与温度的变化关系、V-I特性以及SEM、XPS、X射线等对导电PAN的微结构和导电机理进行了研究。同时制备了导电PAN/ABS复合材料,并测定了复合材料的导电性能。
he copper's sulphides were introduced into the fiber(or Powder) of polyscry-loitrile by chemical reaction,Its Volume resistivity pv was 0. 08-0.1. cm. The conductive mechanisms and microstructive were studied by means of V-Ⅰ characteristic, the dependence of resistance on temperture, SEM, XPS and X-Ray etc. Conductive PAN/ABS composite's conductance were also discussed.
