摘要
对２１８名氯气作业工人进行了全面调查。长期接触氯酸的工人可引起不同程度的神经系统症状，粘膜充血、皮肤粗糙、座疮，更为突出的是引起牙齿酸蚀症，酸蚀症的发生随着工龄增长检出率增高，酸蚀程度也加重。同时还引起心电图，胸部Ｘ线表现异常，与对照组相比有显著差异。对血色素、红细胞、白细胞、出凝血时无明显影响。
18 workers
working in chloricacid condition were investigated all round.It was
foundthat the workers who are long in touch with chloricacid can
present with some symptoms ofnervous system in varying degrees,other
symptoms such as mucomembranous congestion,rough skin,acne,and above
all,acid corrosion of teeth.The incidence of acid corrosion ofteeth
goes up and acid corrosion can even become more serious with workers'
standing in-creasing.Meanwhile,the abnormality of electrocardiogram
and chest X ray presentationcan be presented as well.Their
electrocardiogram and chest X ray presentation are signifi-cantly
different from the ones of the workers from the contrast group.
Nevertheless,longterm working in chloricacid coridition has no
remarkable effect on hematochrome,erythro-cyte,leukocyte,bleeding
time and coagulation time.
