摘要
用引进的槽式对流免疫电泳法（槽ＣＩＥ）和国内常规的免疫双扩散法（ＩＤ），同时对８９例病人血清可提取性核抗原（ＥＮＡ）的抗体进行了测定和比较。槽ＣＩＥ法图像清晰、沉淀线呈弧型，结果明显比ＩＤ法容易判断，ＥＮＡ抗体阳性病人血清的检出率非常显著地高于ＩＤ法（Ｐ＜０．００１），抗ＳＭ、ＲＮＰ、ＳＳＡ、ＳＳＢ等每种抗休的检出率也均高于ＩＤ法，其中前３种差异非常显著（分别Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．００１）。
For the detection
of anti ENA antibodies an improved method of counterimmu-noeletrophoresis(Trough-CIF)was
introduced and compared with the routine test of double im-munodiffusion( ID).Eighty nine
patients sera were tested by these two methods.The results were shown as follows.(1) Picturcs
and results in Trough-CIE were clearer and easier to be judged thanin ID(2).Detectable rate of
anti ENA positive sera was significantly higher in Trough-CIE than inID tP<0.001).(3)Each of four
kinds of ENA antibodies(anti-SM,anti-RNP,anti-SSA andanti-SSB)was more frequently detected
by Trough-CIE than by ID,especially the first three kindsof antibod000(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.001
respectively)
