摘要
与其它SAW器件相比,SAW存贮相关器/卷积器具有独特的性能——SAW存贮效应,因而在信号处理领域的应用潜力巨大。本文详细介绍了一种新的SAW存贮相关器/卷积器的写入、读出及擦去系统的原理和设计,举例说明其使用方法,并着重介绍其中一个重要部件——窄脉冲发生器。
Compared with other SAW devices,SAW storage correlators/convo Ivers perform a unique function, i.e. SAW storage function, so that they have a giant application potential in the signal-processing field. In this paper the principle and design of the write-read-erase system of a new correlator/convolver are presented in detail, its operation methods are illustrated and one of its important parts-the narrow pulse generator-is described in particular.
