摘要
本文从一般速率方程出发,研究了铷原子三步激光共振电离过程。用Nd:YAG及其泵浦的染料激光作为激发与电离光源,分别得到饱和激发电离的流量条件和通量条件。最后,分析讨论了本研究的应用价值。
In this paper, we study the rubidium atoms resonance ionization for threestep through general rate eqration. Under the cicumstance of use Nd:YAG and it'spumped dye laser obtained that the condition on the photon flux and fluence for saturat-ed excitation and ionization.Last applicable valtie of paper have been disccused.
