摘要
本文作者应用硒利生、亚硒酸钠、甘草锌诱导合成金属硫蛋白(MT)的方法观察其对顺铂所致肾脏病理改变的影响,并对肾脏中MT含量与肾脏病理改变之间的相关性进行了分析。发现顺铂所致肾脏损害的病理变化总积分值在应用上述药物后可明显降低,其中以硒利生组保护作用最明显,以下依次为亚硒酸钠组和甘草锌组。与其测定的肾脏中MT含量呈明显负相关,相关系数为R=-0.986,P=0.014。由此提示应用上述药物诱导MT合成,是阻断顺铂肾毒性的重要途径。
The pathological damages induced by CDDP have been observed after
MTinduction by trace elemental compiunds of Zn-glycyrrhizate(Zn-gly),
Lisheng-Se and Na2SeO3 in the kidney of mice, The scores of
pathological damages showed tbat of control,CDDPalone , added drugs
above groups seprately are : 0,8.8,4.3,2.5,4.The determination of
MTlevels in the liver and kidney of mice treated with one of those
druhs showed that the concentration-s of MT in liver and kidney
induced by Lisheng-Se were higher(P<0.01 and P<0. 05) thanthose by
Na2SeO3 and Zn-gly’s(P<0. 0 It was just in confomity with the
conclusion of theprotective effect showed in pathological changes of
the kidney. The results evaluated by score ofpathological damages of
the kidney of mice after CDDP injection were negatively corrilated
withMT levels in the kidiiey(R=-0. 986,P=0. 014). Above mentioned
results indicated thatincreased MT synthesis in the kidney may be
involved in the ditoxifationied effeces of Lisheng-Se, Zn-gly, and
Na2SeO3 on the nephrotoxicities produced by CDDP.
