摘要
用自制的生物导向显像剂131I—SZ39静脉注射于40例经X—CT证实的颅内占位患者,SPECT扫描出现阳性免疫复合物时,在占位区域内呈现红色斑块,藉此对胶质瘤进行定性诊断,并与X-CT进行对比.分析其定性诊断效能。结果其敏感性92%,正确性82%,阳性预报价值81%,阴性预报价值91%。明显优于X-CT。
patients with X-CT confirmed intracranial space occupying di- seases were intravenously injected with the targeting image agent 131 I-SZ39 pepared in our laboratory. With SPECT scanning, the positive complex will display a red colour in the space occupying area which confirms the diagnosis of glioma. The differential diag- nosis efficiency of SPECT targeting diagnosis was also compared with that of X-CT. The result showed that the sensitivity rate is 92%, the accurate rate 82%, the positive predication rate 81 %, and the negative predication rate 91 %, indicating that the targe- ting diagnosis with SPECT is much more reliable than X-CT.
