摘要
应用放射免疫分析法（ＲＩＡ）和电镜学，研究了苯乙烯对雌鼠的性激素、促性腺激素和动情周期的影响以及卵巢病理学改变，苯乙烯剂量分别为０．３ｇ／ｋｇ，０．５ｇ／ｋｇ和１．０ｇ／ｋｇ。实验结果指出，雌鼠血清雌二醇（Ｅ２）、促卵泡生成素（ＦＳＨ）和促黄体生成素（ＬＨ）含量与染毒前比较明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。雌鼠卵巢重量明显减轻，非动情期和动情周期显著延长，与对照组比较差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）．提示，苯乙烯对雌鼠性腺功能有影响。
The effects of styrene on the serum sex hormones,gonadotrophic hormones,es-trous cycle and ovarian pathology were studied with radioimmunoassary(RIA)and electronmicroscopy in female rats received styrene 0.3g/kg,0.5g/kg and l.0g/kg through gavage。The results showed that the serum contents of estradiol(E2 )and follicle-stimulating hor-mones(FSH)and luteinizing hormones(LH ) were reduced.Significant difference was ob-served in comparing the results obtained prior to and after treatment. The ovarian weight wasdecreased and estrous cycle was prolonged. Statistical significant difference between treatedand control groups was noticed(P<0.01),It is concluded that styrene might effect to gonadfunction in female rats。
