摘要
用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法对猴肾ｖｅｒｏ细胞及ＭＮＮＧ处理后的ｖｅｒｏ细胞进行了ｍＲＮＡ差异显示的研究，结果表明：ＭＮＮＧ可引起ｖｅｒｏ细胞中一些基因表达的增强和抑制。
Differential display of mRNA from the monkey kidney vero cell treated with MN-NG versus control ones was perfomed by means of the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),The results showed that the expression of certain genes in the vero cells can be either induced or inhibited by the treatment of MNNG。
