金的矿源层或含金建造,是研究金矿集中区成矿背景的基础,是找矿远景评价因素之一,具有找矿预测的指导意义。不能单纯以岩石的含金丰度去判別金矿床的矿源层,应着重研究岩石的原始金含量和可活化金的含量。也可用稳定同位素的组成特征、岩石化学的浓度克拉克值和成矿元素含量对比等方法探讨矿源层。
Source beds of gold ores or gold-bearing formations offer a basis for studying the metallogenic back- ground of gold deposit concentration areas, and is a factor for evaluating the exploration prospects of gold deposits. Such a study is of significance for metallogenic prognosis and exploration guide. The reco- gnition of the source bed of a gold deposit should not solely depanded upon the gold abundance of the rocks. The study of primitive gold content in rocks or remobilized gold Content must be enhanced. For source bed investigation, stable isotope composition characteristics, petrochemical concentration clarke and content ratios of various ore-forming elements may also be used.
