摘要
三品种杂交水牛是尼里/拉菲×么拉×本地水牛的后代。应用染色体常规分析和G、C带技术,系统地研究三品杂水牛及其亲代和子代的染色体,结果表明,么拉、尼里/拉菲、本地水牛和么杂一代的染色体数目,分别是2n=50、2n=50、2n=48和2n=49,与前人报道相符。发现三品杂水牛及其横交子一代的染色体组型不一致、前者有2n=50和49两种,后者有2n=50、49和48三种。
Triple-crossbred Buffaloes are those from the crossing of the three breeds; Nili/Ravi, Murrah and Native Buffaloes. In this study, chromosomes of original and their different crossbred buffaloes were systematically studied by the methods of chromosome morphology analyzing and the techniques of G. C. bands. It was found that the numbers of chromosomes of Murrah, Nili/Ravi, Native and Fi resulting in Murrah × Native were 2n = 50, 2n = 50, 2n = 48 and 2n=49 respectively, which were in accordance with those reported by others previously. It was also found that the numbers of chromosomes of triple-crossbred were not similar to their inter se mating offspring, do the karyotypes of the former were 2n = 50 and 2n = 49, while the later's were 2n = 50, 2n = 49 and 2n = 48 respectively.
