摘要
本文分析了五年来我院收治的急性心肌梗塞病例242例。男性143例,女性99例。男女比例为1.44:1。发病年龄34—81岁,高发年龄组为51—70岁,农民居首位占64.5%。有高血压病史者占56.6%。合并心律失常者占83%。以休克、心衰影响预后最严重。非典型心肌梗塞在本组占25.6%,主要表现为消化系统、神经系统症状或心衰、休克。
Two hundred and forty two cases of acute myocardial infarction in recent five years in our hospital was analyzed.Male 143 cases, female 99 cases, the rate between males and females is 1.44:1 .The oldest is 81 and the youngest 34. But most of the patients belong to the 5l-70 group. Atypical myocardial infarction comprises 25.6 per cent of the patients of the all age group. Morbidity of the farmer was highest, 56.6 per cent of the patients suffered from hypertension.The most common complication is arrhythmia. Shock and heart failure are the most severe complicatoin with poor prognosis.
